open the trunk and take the black plastic cover off from the top of the tail light (it just pulls of) undo the one screw on the top and then slide the hole tail light to the outside of the car and the clips should all slide out.
Just turn the housing the bulb is in and pull it out. Remove and replace the bulb the same way. For the rear lights, you have to push on a tab to release the housing the bulbs are in.
take it out of the top of the tank and replace it or seal the tank off and go with a aftermarket inline fitler
if the 94 probe is a GT, yes. the 2.0l alternators are different from the GT the autozone part numbers for the 94 2.0L Probe is 14449 and the part number for the 94 2.5L GT is 14450

Yes. body parts, interior parts and most motor componets are interchangeable. However, the 94 Probe is an OBD-I and the 97 Probe is an OBD-II so there are additional sensors on the 97 Probe to consider if swapping motors/wire harnesses, etc.
To replace a turn signal on a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee prop the hood open. Locate the headlight housing and the turn signal will be located next to it. Find the bulb and remove it from the housing. Replace the bulb.

If the starter is spinning but not catching, the problem lies in the starter drive (also called bendix). You will either have to replace the starter or repair it by replacing the bendix.
