look under glove box-remove foot panel- remove side kick panel- remove bottom ECM screw and move aside, look up- three screws remove closest last- place plastice bag under as loads of dirt may fall.. replace same way reversed.

Yes it will. i have a 91 olds wagon and i grabbed 700R out of a 92 caprice. it may shift a lil hard into 2nd gear but check the converter and adjust the throttle pressure and replace both front and rear seals.
