I just did this tonight. You will need to remove the four bolts that attach the TB to the intake tube. 2. there is a clip that hold the thottle linkage to the piviot and the accelrator cable. remove it and that will allow the cable to come off the stud !!!!!!keep your hand around it ----IT WILL GO FLYING. There is a hose that comes from the valve cover to the TB, remove it. Remove your air inlet at the thottle body. Remove the TPS connector, remove the Idle speed connector, and then take the whole unit out of the engine. Do not install the new one yet, take carb cleaner and do some good cleaning after it dries, remove the twp screws that hold the TPS on the TB,DO NOT STRIP, reinstall the new TPS and screw. I would recommend that you spend the $20 and get new seals and gaskets. If it fixes you rtroubles you will be the first that got that luck.

remove the TPS connector
remove the idle speed connector
remove the valve cover hose from the thottle body (TB)
REmove the four bolts that hold the TB to the intake phelum
the two bolts on the bottom need a 8 inch exten to get to them
remove and turn over unhook hose on bottom
remove two scews that hold on the TPS BE CARFUL not to strip
Clean out the entire unot with carb cleaner, let dry.
install new TPS and put everything back together. I hope this works for you , I have not hear anyone that is have troubles change this and it worked, I am still tracking down my demons.
