How do you replace the ball joints in a 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix?

well it helps to remove the 2 bolts on the control arm first, then there is 6 bolts that hold the lower ball joint on remove them there's nuts on top and bolts on bottom.(this depends on if its been changed already if not u will have to drill the factory bolts out) then when everything is removed that a splitter u can use one that you use to remove tie rod ends (it looks like a tuning fork) then it sould be smoth sailing from there just do the opposite of remover to install. ( helpful hint if you take it off and you can push it back into place and it looks like the c.v boot is pull thight u might of pulled the drive shaft loose easy to fix just put in nutrul and turn the router to lock it back into place it just slips into place nothing to remove.
