Lift the plastic cover off by gently pulling upwards and back towards you at the same time. Under the cover you will see two 10mm bolts, one on either side of the light structure. Carefully remove each bolt, a magnet of some sort is highly recommended. Once the bolts are removed, you can lift out the assembly and twist out the bulb's connector and replace.
