Look for screws in the door panel, once all screws are removed there are little clips attached to the door panel holding it to the inside door skin, because because you'll have to disconnect all the electrical for the windows and mirrors, once door panel is removed you have full access to the speakers, should be 4 8 or 10 millimeter bolts holding them in.
