The driver side electric window switch on a 1992 Acura Integra is reached by removing the door panel. Unbolt the switch from the mounting bracket and disconnect the wiring from the harness. Replace the unit.
Replace the switch ! It is really not that expensive and it will fix the problem !! If it works from the drivers door replace the switch on the door that doesn't work ! If it works at that door replace the drivers switch ! KM
See the link here to learn how to remove the window switch assembly (steps 1-3)... http://www.autoclinix.com/Mercury/Front%20Speakers2.htm
It is not equipped with an inertia switch.
How to repair electric windows depends on what is wrong with them. If the motor that runs the window has burned out then replace the motor. If the switch is faulty then replace the switch. Check for broken wires, repair them if found.
Busted switch, motor or wiring.
The fan switch on a 1995 Acura Integra is located on the dashboard. It is a part of the temperature control system.
most likely its the switch. check the wire clip for a good ground and positive wire if both are good replace switch
pop the clips that are holding the Electric window switch and pull the switch out replace it and place it back in with the clips. if you broke the clips you will have to replace them. they only cost 1.05 at Chevy shop....
more than likely you will have to replace the drivers side master switch
You need to replace the shifter switch (parts and labor cost me $150) -- I finally just had this fixed on my 1992 Integra, and am very happy to be done with this annoyance!
Replace the switch.
Look directly up from brake pedal, under the dash. You'll see when you mash the brake down, it contacts a little button, which is the brake switch. The switch is a plug, you pull it out to replace, you push it in. simple.
