You must first pry off the black plastic molding next to the fog light, you can use a plastic spatula so as not to scratch the vehicle. Next remove the bolts holding the fog light housing and disconnect the bulb. Installation is reverse procedure just try not to handle the bulb with your bare hands as the oil from your skin will lower the life of the bulb. These bulbs are around $14.00.

Take the black plastic weather cap off by unsnapping it at the top and pushing back. If the lamp is on the passenger side, remove the air filter housing by unsnapping the 4 retaining snaps, removing the filter, and removing the bolt at the rear of the housing. Loosen the hose clamp from the fresh air intake. Remove the filter housing. At the back of the headlamp element is a wire clip, pivot it in and up. Remove the wire from the element and replace the element. Reverse the process.

Where the top radiator hose goes to the engine there is a two-bolt housing that the hose is connected to, that is where the thermostat is . After the engine is cool, drain enough coolant from the radiator so when removing the two housing bolts you don't lose a lot of of it. After removing the 2 housing bolts You should find your thermostat setting in the intake manifold for the 4.0 and just behind the housing in the 3.0 just give it a little twist and it should come out then.
