Manual states that you "should not" pry out the front crankshaft seal, but should drop the oil pan and then remove the front pump where the seal is. I was able to "very carefully" use a small pick and from the outer edge gently pry and work my way around the seal. Once the seal started to budge it was just a matter of carefully prying and making sure you don't touch the crank surface where the seal rides. This saved me a bunch of time and just be careful when you seat the new seal. Seat to exact depth the old one was at.
