Gently pull on the grill. It is held in place by GM standard clips that should pop right out. You may need a large flat head screw driver to help in some spots along the top near the hood latch. The grill and parking light housings should all come out in one piece. Once popped out the wiring harnesses for the parking light should prevent you from completely removing the grill. There you will see the socket. Simply hold down the tab on the socket turn and pull out revealing the bulb. After you replace the bulb do the reverse to replace the socket and then the grill. Be patient in aligning the tabs as you replace the grill.
