How do you replace the fuel filter on your 1997 E150 ford van?

It is under the van on the driver side. Get the tool from the auto part store, they will "loan" it to you for a deposit. I tried but had trouble and took it to the oil change shop, they took a long time but finally got it. It cost me $60 or $80 but was worth it. It needed it.
