AnswerThere is an access panel under the rear seat. Before you replace the pump, remove it from the tank and check the filter attached to the pump inside the tank. If it looks crappy, you may have an accumulation inside the pump restricting its flow. Test the pump by tapping on it with a hammer while someone is turning the motor over with the key. You will be able to feel it running if it is still good. If it runs, replace this filter, as well as the one mounted to the firewall. When the filter is off the pump, clean out the pump inlet port and spray some WD40 into it and retest. If necessary, new pumps on EBAY with the filter run around $25.00. The filter alone from your local auto parts store are $14.00.10lbs
