nope not under the seat however if you drop your back seats down you'll notice that the body drops down into the spare wheel well, on the passenger side right where it starts to drop down measure out about 8 inches from the center pop a hole in with a screwdriver and a hammer that's where the center of your pump is. using that hole as a mark cut out a rough 6 in diameter hole. bada bing there's your pump. be careful though not to cut to deep.
