When you open the hood you can look inside behind the headlights and see a black plastic housing, you need to "slide" or push the wire that keeps it in place to the side then remove the housing. you will then see the rear of the bulb assembly, it also has a retaining wire that gets pushed in then slid over to release the bulb. remove the bad bulb and install the new bulb being carefull to not touch the new bulb, oil from your hands will create "hotspots" on the new bulb if touched and it will fail prematurely. if you do touch the bulb wipe it with alcahol to remove any oil before proceeding.
it is behind the passenger side headlight assembly. you will have to remove the headlight assembly to replace it.

That is part of the auxiliary heater behind and below the driver side headlight.
I detail used cars at local dealerships and I have restored many Caravan headlight lenses. I use a product called Crystalenz, it works great and is really easy to use. It is a special fluid for the sprinter only. Dodge calls it Sprinter/Crossfire trans fluid.
