it has a bracket with a 10 mm bolt holding both hoses together if it is the 1 i am thinking of it has rubber hose that comes out of the heater core but they both go into a aluminum hose down the p/s fender well then they go back to rubber
The 1999 Chevrolet Camaro heater hoses will have a swivel nut on each end of the hose. Turn the swivel nuts to the left and the heater hoses will come off. Reverse the process to install the new heater hoses.

Remove the water from your 2002 Chevrolet Camaro cooling system. Remove the water supply hoses from the heater core. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.
The heater hoses connect the block, radiator, heater core, and waterpump. To replace, drain the radiator and catch the anti-freeze for recycling. Remove the hoses and put on new hoses. It is kind of nasty but not very difficult.

it is located on the passenger side wheel well...it has 4 hoses attached 2 going into the heater core and 2 going into the engine...simply disconnect the hoses and replace with new heater valve
apparently the heater core is plugged, try taking both hoses off of it and get a garden hose and try to flush it out.

I have a 81 Z28 Camaro, my heater hoses were behind passenger side fender by firewall. I would say start there, you might want to take off passenger side fender to get to it easier. The heater core comes from inside the car under the glove box.
The heater core is located under the hood in the heater box where the blower motor is. Remove the heater hoses then the box can be unbolted and removed.
