The horn itself is located in front of the right front wheel, behind a rubber flap. If you lay on the ground you will see it. A single 10mm nut holds it onto the bracket. The plug comes right off.
Finding it will probably be the hardest part. Get a manual or look online but horns are made universal. You just cut the wires on the vehicle and solder/splice them to the wires that come with the horn.
disconect the batery negative terminal, then get under your car below the bumper right side, use a socket and extention with ratched, , reach in between the two horns, loosen the nut, disconect the electric terminls completely remove the nut, , to install do reverse

* Remove the front bumper fascia * Unplug the electrical connector and remove the bracket bolt
see if theres any current going through the fuse or just replace the whole horn
The 1990 Mazda 323 horn relay switch can be found on the front drivers side quarter panel. The relay switch will be on the inside of the quarter panel.
On a 1999 peugeot Boxer the horn is sited just to the left of the right headlight assembly. To get to the horn you need to remove the panel with the peugeot sign on it .The panel is held in place with 8 self tappers and then is held at each end with a push-in clip gently pull the panel off these clips by holding it at the ends so as to not snap the panel. Once the panel is removed look by the right headlight assembly and you will see a nut and bolt holding the horn to the bracket. undo nut and bolt ( you can get your arm up from below if needed.The horn has 2 sets of wires which will be stiff as hell to remove. remember which goes where and then remove horn either upwards or downwards. Reason for replacement horn does not work dueto dumb position letting water into the horn. Remedy replace horn with funnel facing away from water
To do this, first disconnect the battery so the air bag doesn't go off in your face. Remove the two machine screws behind the steering wheel that fasten the air bag to it. Lift off the air bag and disconnect the wires to it. Next you will need a special steering wheel tool to compress the strong tilt wheel spring. I'm not sure what parts might be broken in your car but they are fragile plastic parts that are available at the parts counter of your local GM dealer.
You have to determine the cause first. Check the horn switch and contacts, fuse, relay and the horn itself.
