The ignition coil has three bolts holding it down onto the manifold - this is true at least on non-turbo models. Procedure is to pull the four ignition leads off - these are the thick high-tension leads which feed the spark plugs. Then carefully unclip the low voltage multi-way connector. There is a locking device on this so don't just pull it without releasing the lock. Finally undo the three bolts which are located in three of the four corners of the coil assembly. This author is from the UK so apologies if I have used terminology which is different to that used in the US! e.g for manifold above, you might know this better as a header.
The spark plug gap for a 1995 Subaru Legacy is .044"
I would like to know how to fix my 1995 subaru legacy wagon 5 speed manua transmission, or if anyone knows or have the electrical wiring and electrical diagram for 1995 subaru legacy 5 speed manua transmission ? Thanks
If a bolt is stripped on the windshield wiper on a 1995 Subaru Legacy Wagon, there are two options. A person can go to a salvage yard and purchase new wipers for the vehicle, or they can have the bolt hole tapped for a larger bolt.
it should be right under the stearing wheel. . . that is where mine is in my 1995 Subaru wagon.
There is no such thing as a 1995 subaru outback, the outback package was not offered on a subaru legacy until 1996, you either have a 1996 subaru outback, or you have a 1995 subaru Legacy L or LSI wagon. Both will be covered in most guide books you can pick up at your local autoparts store.
SORRY, NO!
I have no clue, but it sounds tricky
From 1995 to 1999.....

My '95 Subaru Legacy Wagon averages between 23 - 24 mpg in mixed driving. Pure highway, I push 28. HOPE THIS HELPS.
