How do you replace the ignition cylinder on a 1995 Ford Crown Victoria?

Turn the switch to on, then under the steering column cover below the switch is a hole. You push a pin in to release the switch. You'll have to fish around to get the spot where the pin is. Or take the bottom cover off to see it better.
