carefully remove the plastic trim around the air vents under clock, with a trim tool. two screws will then remove that top storage door that the clock is attached to. the light bulbs are two plastic bases that screw out. they can be purchased at infinity for $17 each. the whole process took me less than a half hour, and i had never done anything like this before

there is no fuse . you have to replace the light bulb by opening the clock.

There is no back light for the clock. The clock numbers are actually LED's - there is no way to replace them - the entire clock will have to be replaced.
You can't. You have replace the whole thing.
The two vents, hazard light switch, and clock are all in one unit. A stiff wire on one side of the vents will pull the unit out enough to pull it out of the dash fairly easily. After removal, disconnect power to the clock and unscrew two screws holding the clock to the dash module.
With the year, make, and model I would suggest looking for a fuse labeled interior lights.

it should be the same as the interior light fuse. all of these are together i think.
If it's like mine then it don't have a backlight.
