unbolt it and then disconnect the exhaust then all hoses or wires that will get stretched when you use a cherry picker to lift the motor up enough to provide clearence over the cross member.

The oil pan is bolted to the bottom of the engine
On the drivers side of the engine
The oil pump is bolted to the bottom of the engine , inside the oil pan
The motor oil drain plug is located on the motor oil pan.

This is only going to answer 1/2 of your question but the oil pressure sending unit is on the drivers side of the engine , below the power steering pump
