Don't know what the labor rates are in your area but it should only take .5 hour to r&r that mirror with a new one.

Not knowing which mirror on what vehicle, many glass shops can replace the mirror if that is all that is broken.

I expect that you can buy the mirror online but I had mine fixed at a local glass shop. They purchased or cut a mirror to fit and they glued it over the cracked one.
