you start by rolling down glass 3/4 way (if possible) then removing mirror cover on inside of door, then remove door panel. there should be 3 screws at door bottom, and 2 bolts by grab handle. then there are pushpins holding the perimeter of door panel to door shell. be careful to remove electrical plugs to speakers, door locks, and power window switch. carefully peel back the plastic weather barrier.
i suggest taping the outside of the glass to the belt moulding or outer glass weather stripping to stop glass from falling down into the door cavity.
you need to find a hole close to the speaker that lines up with a 10mm nut that clams glass onto the regulator assembly. there will be two, but the one at rear of door should be very easy to get to.
you will need to drill out 4 1/4 inch rivets holding the regulator, and one rivet close to the power window motor plug-in. disconnect that before you finish removing rivets.
there will be two more 10mm nuts holding a cross brace (Approx 14 inches long), near rear of door. you should be able to slide it out the backside through the big hole.
to install, do reverse. if you do not have a 1/4 inch rivet gun and rivets, i have used 1/4" x 3/4" long bolts and lock washers in a pinch.
