A bolt on each side of the fender, 2 fasteners underneath the bumper, 3 screws and a bolt behind each wheel, slide off mounts one each side near the back, and a few buttons along the top of the bumper on the sides and by the trunk. It's more of an ordeal than you'd think, especially the two pop in fasteners underneath the bumper. It took two of us an hour to get mine off, even after seeing the original (and very incomplete) answer to this question.
