How do you replace the steering wheel switches on a 2001 Buick LeSabre The bulbs are burnt out and I need to replace them. Thanks?

The switches are available at the dealer only pretty much. They just pry out of their spot with any flat tip screwdriver, keep in mind, gentle is good. Pry them up slowly, unplug the single wire, and replace with new. they are a diode switch, meaning the bulb is part of the entire unit, so just a bulb wont work. Its an annoying repair, but an easy one. If you look at any Buick that's 3 years or older, they have the same issue, all the buttons will go out eventually. I would buy them now as they may stop making them soon, the cars havent been made in three years now, and they are only gettting older.

How do you remove the exhaust side valve cover on a 90 Buick LeSabre with a 3800 Power steering pump seems to get in the way?
You will need to go through the pulley of the power steering pump through the holes provided, loosen the bolts and back the pump off far enough to provide necessary clearance. Thanks for the help, I figured it out.

I think you'll find the flashers in the "convenience center" above the driver's side kick panel. If it's not there, it might be inside the steering wheel housing.
