Remove the top main radiator hose (between the cap and the motor head) from the motor head (held on by a Spring Clamp). Then remove the 2 bolts that hold the thermostat in place & then the gasket. Replace both parts (gasket and thermostat) secure the bolts, reattach the hose... remove the radiator cap and start the engine. Add 50/50 Antifreeze mixture until the reservoir is "full" (running engine during this process for about 5-10 minutes to remove air in line).
