safely raise vehicle on jack stands.
drain t-case
remove both driveshafts
support trans tailshaft and remove crossmember
remove exhaust if in the way
remove torsionbars if in the way
disconnect any cable or electrical connections from t-case
remove t-case to transmission bolts 6-8
slide t-case off of transmission
case is fairly heavy you may want a buddy or a cheap trans jack to support it with you
repeat backwards
