You have to pull the transmission pan off, i would first loosen it so the trans fluid doesnt all fall out at once on you, then remove the pan completely, and you will be able to see the filter it will be held in with one screw, just make sure the two o-rings come out with the old one and remember to put the new o-rings on the new filter,

The oxygen sensor on a b2500 Mazda is located in the exhaust. It is under the truck about even with the transmission.
