There is a little plastic flap which goes under the bottom of the bumper. Pull it back and the bulb assembly is right there. Twist and turn and the bulb will pop right out. That's for the front by the way. Correct answer: The bulbs are much easier to access by removing one Phillips screw located at the inner corner of the lens, inside the center air intake opening, in the center of the front bumper cover. The screw is driven in at an angle, (from the center toward whatever side of the car you are working on). Remove this screw, and pry the lens gently forward. A tab holds the outer end of the lens. Twist to remove the bulb socket.
