on a V6 the water pump is located on the drivers side of the engine, under the black cover remove the belt check to make sure the tensioner still has spring to it, if not oil it with pb blaster penetrating oil. remove the water pump should be 4 bolts and maybe a few hoses. replace same way dissassembled
