This is a job best done when you are undertaking a timing belt replacement. after removal of the timing belt cover, you will access the water pump and it's mounting bolts from the bottom passenger side (US vehicle). My recommendation is to do the WP replacement while you're doing the timing belt just because it's all there. The same goes for the alternator drive belt and A/C belt.
