Lift carefully where the cable feeds through the distributor to the CMP and remove. Put replacement CMP in the same place and connect it to the harness. Replace the rotor and distributor cap. If you remove the distributor cap and look at the left side of the distributor you will see a electrical connector and that is the cam sensor. You will have to remove the rotor button to get to it.
