Drain about 1 gallon of coolant from radiator Follow upper radiator hose to engine area housing Remove housing and observe how thermostat is installed Clean both sufaces well Install new gasket and thermostat re-fill coolant Start engine and check for leaks Run engine up to normal operating tempersture with heater on Re-check coolant level
