Here's a good link that should work. It's much cheaper that paying the dealer $75 to do a 5 minute job. I've used this method and it works...it has pictures and everything.

this meant on our 1997 Honda accord that the oxygen sensor needed to be changed out. This will cost about 75-95 dollars and don't skimp on this get a good one but it can be changed out by you if you know anything about cars. I watched our mechanic do it and helped him a bit and I was thinking I could have saved this money. Hope that takes care of your problem! Check engine light also comes on when you have a blown fuse or when you take the battery cables off of the battery and put them back on such as when you are changing the battery or resetting the computer.
