bleed the valve until the spool valve seeks its center and the light goes and stays off, all the while hold the centering button in while bleeding the valve.
There is a proportioning valve and once the repair is done and you have bled all the air out of the system the valve should reset itself unless it is stuck. If it is stuck you may have to replace the valve assembly if you can't free it up.
I haven't heard of a stopped up brake line but I think a proportioning valve would give you the same symptoms. If it is the proportioning valve then you should only have one axel working because the valve picked up a leak or ?? and shut down fluid to that axel
