This is the answer to your question, although this is for a 1990, found it on a different forum. Hope it helps All you need to do is push the Eng. Data button with the key on or engine running until it displays the oil life on the panel. Then push the Eng. Data and Range buttons at the same time and hold for 3 seconds or until the number changes to 100. At that point the oil life is reset
unhook to positive battery cable for about 5 mins, this will reset most codes unless there is a real problem
You change the oil
PRESS THE INFORMATION BUTTON UNTIL YOU SEE THE CHANGE OIL MESSAGE, THEN HOLD THE RESET BUTTON UNTIL IT CHANGES TO 100%, INFO IS FOR SEVILLE BUT IT SHOULD BE THE SAME. PAUL G
