When you say "reset" button, I assume you have a check engine light on. There is no reset button. You either need to have the PCM scanned with a scan tool to see what fault code is indicated or you can try to clear the code(shuts light off) by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes.May come back on if failure sets whats called a "hard code".Need to address if hard code.

You can take your vehicle to any Autozone and they will hook it up to the computer and tell you what your ECM has for an error code. IF the ECM or PCM on the vehicle has the problem replaced. The ECM or PCM needs to be reset. Once reset and if the light comes back on, you did not replace the correct part.
