in the car manual look up clock function. usually all you have to do is while the radio is OFF( turn key towards you using auxiliary power. Just below the radio tuning dial thingy... there are two smaller push buttons.. push them to set clock. one is minutes and the other hours......simple!

You have to have a computer programmer module, from O'Reily's or Autozone to reset it. Some will let you do it and some say that they are not authorized to do it. Good luck...
