With your ignition key in the OFF position check for any gas leaks ( smell of gas ) if none , press the reset button down on the switch ( the switch is located in your right front passenger footwell , by the kick panel ) Turn your ignition key to the RUN position for a few seconds , then turn your ignition key OFF again recheck for any gas leaks ( smell of gas ) if none , go ahead and start your Ford Ranger
