You don't. Actually, it is possible to save a girdledtree, but action has to be taken very quickly - though success is not guaranteed.
I went to an Ag school that had an infamous "Ginkgo Lane". Most of the trees were female and produced very smelly berries. Freshman were made to walk down Ginkgo Lane while crossing from one side of campus to the other. One year, someone girdled the trees. The trees were saved by grafting - taking strips of bark and creating bark bridges across the gap. I don't know the exact method, but the school had excellent Horticulture and Ornamental Horticulture departments. See Related Links. Lets get real here. It is possible to bridge graft a ringed tree but it is not practical for the amateur,if it is a mature tree the recovery time will be long. If it is a young tree it would be quicker to replant. This it the trouble with too much theory. The University of Life reigns supreme.

The Minecraft PE Free version does NOT allow you to save. The only way to save is to purchase the full version of Minecraft PE in the App Store... Buy it for $6.99 and when you exit, it will save. Also, with the full version, there is WAY more stuff...
