well, i know only about a few. in french it's "adieu," in spanish "adiós" (not sure if the diacritic is correct), in czech "sbohem" and in polish "z bogiem" (though it's a rather dated way of bidding farewell in polish, whereas in czech it's in common use; which is funny when you think about it because the Czech Republic is the most atheist country in the world and Poland is one of the world's most catholic).
