Mulitpul select the songs by holding Ctrl and clicking individual files or drag your mouse over the files you wish to send, right click on one of the songs and choose Send To > Compressed (Zipped) Folder. This will create a single compressed folder with all of your songs in. You can then either attach this folder to and email or right click on the folder and choose Send To > Mail Recipient.
