I'm a little confused by this question- are you saying our responses are anonymous? If you are trying to create an anonymous survey I would suggest posting it on a blog and then use an anonymous messaging service to acquire the data. You'll have much more success and ideally collect more data. You basically send the message to a remailer, who hides your identity, by erasing all traces of your passage. It is a safe way to stay anonymous. Great idea.
