Remove the cam shaft, then you will hav access to the spark plugs, u can then change them. In terms of changing the oil, its a standard procedure, empty the oil tank frm the cap under the car, wait for it to drain completly, check the dipstick, if it reads empty, your all good!! Simply top it up with new oil and ur away :)

The specifications of a Isuzu 6bb1 diesel engine are here. They were made in 1972 by Isuzu Motors. Inline 6-cylinder. 4-stroke/water cooled, OHV/2-valve , direct injection and square combustion chamber are featured specs.
Petrol, 40,000 miles, 4 years. (ignore the service book, which may say 80,000 or 8 years, as most won't actually last this long) Diesel depends on engine type. Vauxhall diesel engine 80,000 miles, 8 years. Isuzu Diesel engine 100,000 miles, 10 years. 2.2 petrol, and 2.0 diesel are cam chain, and should not need changing.
