Press the "SET" button on the radio.
Then press the "TUNE" up and down rocker switch.
The down arrow side (left end) will change the hours (only one direction)
The up arrow side (right end) will change the minutes (only one direction)
Once done press any other button, or just leave it alone and the set time mode will time out.
To set the clock on a 1989 Corvette the radio must be turned off. After turning the radio off hit the set button and then hit scan. The time can be set using the arrow buttons.

On the right side of the display there are tow little holes labled H and M for hour and minute. Turn the radio on and when you have the time use a papre clip or something similar , and push in the hole to set time.
