Wow, the easiest way would be taking the whole engine out so that you can have some space to level them out. Once you have taken the whole engine out, take the plastic that is covering the inside pulleys and the timing belt. Once that is done, make sure you have mark both pulleys so that when u take the timing belt off, you will be able to put the new one on at the same mark...
