You must have an OBDII engine scanner to set the timing. It is all computer controlled.
Timing light is a thing of the pass/ can not be used.
I was wondering the same thing.
For the first body style (1995-2000) the tank is 30 gallons.
Every typical "V" style engine has a timing chain. the Chevy cavalier z24 has a 3.1 liter FI V6 engine. so yes it has a timing chain.
It will fit right in the 99 as long as it is not the new body style. In late 1999 Chevy redesigned the engines and transmissions and no longer used the 5.7L 350 engines.
Yes most of the new body style GM trucks have the cabin filter.
yes my brother has done it on several Chevy vehicles with that style head lights
It will if the 99 is the new body style. But if the 99 body looks like all the other bodys from 99 down then NO it will not work.
While the Suburban and the Tahoe are from the same family of trucks GM changed the body style and some interior features in 1999. There were 2 versions of the 1999 the Classic and the New Body Style. They did the same thing in 2007 with a Classic and a new body style. The 1997 would be from an older class of GM trucks than the 2000. They may fit but you might have to make some minor modifications in the mounting.
2007
there were two body styles in 99. if its from the older 99 body style it will fit. if it is from the newer body style it will not fit.
If it is the old body style 99 model with the 350 vortec engine in it then NO it won't fit. Now if it is the 2ed generation body style then yes it will fit. chevy redesigned all there engine and transmissions in the late month of 1999 and anything under that year will not interchange with anything above that year.
Yes. Those 2 will interchange. As long as the 99 is not the new body style. In late 1999 Chevy redesigned all the engines and transmissions and The new style will not interchange with anything below late 1999.
