Well... first you clean yourself with a washcloth for about 10-20 seconds on each part. Then you shampoo your hair and make sure you make your head all sudsey so you get non oily resluts and then condition and leave that in for about 1-3 minuets for soft non damaged results.

Its caused by dampness. The only solution to this is to strip your shower completely, tiles and old waterproofing (if any) and re-waterproof the shower and retile. I also recommend changing the shower trap and waste pipes along with the shower water pipes if one can afford to do so. Rather do the job once properly.
