To turn off the panic alarm (horn beeping, headlights flashing) after the battery has been drained and jumped follow these steps:

1) Remove the horn relay located under the hood fuse box on the passenger's side. This will prevent the horn from blaring while you are trying to charge the battery. The horn relay is located inside the fuse box located under the hood on the passengers side. Open the fuse box and look for the relay labeld "horn" and remove.

2) Install the jumper cables on the stalled and running vehicle per the owner's manual instrucations.

3) Start the Honda Odyssey. The horn will not sound since you have removed the horn relay but your head lights will flash.

4) You can now remove the jumper cables but leave your vehicle running.

5) Run your vehicle for a few minutes to charge your vehicle battery. After the vehicle has been running for a few minutes, the vehicle battery should be charged.

6) Turn off the engine and remove the car key from the ignition switch and step out of the vehicle and lock the car using the remote key FOB, then unlock using the remote key FOB. The flashing headlights should stop. This means that the panic alarm has been reset.

6) Now re-install the horn relay that was removed from the fuse box.

7) Your Honda Odyssey should be working fine now.
