With your payroll signature or the letters 'CID' (but you better have your ID if you put that and they ask you for it!) I would also suggest putting a piece of clear tape across the signature strip and the numbers printed on the back. Over time, the Numbers will get scratched off. These are the Security ID numbers that some companies as for, to verify you have the card in hand. With the tape, they won't get scratched off.
