I did this one and you have to make a dark blue blouse with snow flakes on it, and a long dark blue skirt with the same snow flakes. then the make up has to be blue lip stick blue eyeshadow pink blush blue eyeslashes blue contacts blue nails, Hair has to be pig tails, blue, and silver streaks. when putting on extra accessories do the white winter boot, blue heart glasses, dark blue hat (boggin), and blue gloves.
